We build and integrate. You review every agent output during this window. Nothing ships without your approval.

Agents run, you approve drafts where needed, we tune quarterly, send a status report monthly. The retainer starts when agents go live, not before.

Common questions

How do you charge — hourly or flat?

Setup is a flat fixed price. Retainer is a flat monthly rate. No hourly billing, ever.

What if something breaks?

Incident response is included in the retainer. If an agent misbehaves, we fix it. We’ll also tell you when we caused it versus when your underlying tool (Gmail, HubSpot, etc.) changed on us.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. Every engagement-specific configuration, prompt, or workflow is yours at engagement end. We retain rights to our tooling and frameworks — the reusable parts — but not the parts built specifically for your business.

What if we want to stop?

30-day notice on the retainer. You keep what was built. We’ll hand off credentials and documentation.

Will this replace my staff?

No. We build agents to remove the work your staff hates — customer message triage at midnight, weekly social posts, report-building. The goal is to give your people more time for the craft part of their jobs, not to eliminate them.

What tools do you integrate with?

The common ones. Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot (any tier), Square, Toast, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Instagram/Facebook, Twilio, Stripe. If you’re on something else, ask — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can work with it.

How do you accept payment?

Invoiced via QuickBooks. Net-14. ACH preferred; credit card with a 3% surcharge.
